The property offers over 400m² of living space across a main villa and two separate guest annexes, all overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
Set within private gardens, the villa features a heated, chlorine-free saltwater swimming pool, a solarium, furnished terraces, and an outdoor kitchen, providing plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The main villa is arranged over three levels. The pool level includes a spacious living room with a TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a principal bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a separate bathroom. On the lower ground floor, which has independent external access, there is a second living and dining area with a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.
Two separate guest annexes provide the fifth and sixth bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, private patio, and minibar, offering additional privacy for guests.
The villa is fully air conditioned and includes Wi-Fi, a safe, two dishwashers, a washer-dryer, and an outdoor kitchen. Located just a few hundred metres from the sea and the rocky coastline of the Plemmirio Marine Reserve, the property is also well positioned for exploring the Baroque towns of the Noto Valley, the Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari nature reserves, as well as Catania, Mount Etna, and Taormina.
