The property is arranged across multiple levels, with a series of terraces connected by stairways. These outdoor spaces provide plenty of areas to relax in the sun, enjoy time with friends and family, or find a peaceful corner to take in the surrounding coastal scenery.
One of the standout features is the expansive 170 m² roof terrace, offering panoramic sea views. Here, guests will find a rooftop gym, a Jacuzzi, and sun loungers, creating a relaxing space to unwind while enjoying the views.
On a lower terrace, there is a 15 m² swimming pool with a waterfall jet and hydromassage feature. Just below the pool area, another spacious terrace offers a comfortable outdoor lounge shaded by mature trees.
The villa also features a charming outdoor dining courtyard with a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven, ideal for relaxed al fresco meals.
Inside, the entrance level includes a dine-in kitchen that is fully equipped for preparing meals. The ground floor also features a spacious living room with satellite TV, a small kitchenette for preparing snacks, and a comfortable lounge area. From here, doors open onto a furnished balcony with sea views, providing access to the villa’s outdoor living spaces.
Six double bedrooms are arranged across two floors of the villa. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower room, while five of the six bedrooms also have direct access to sea-view balconies.
Costalieta is a peaceful haven offering an authentic Italian coastal experience away from the more crowded tourist hotspots. The surrounding coastline between Sorrento and Maiori is renowned for its natural beauty, with crystal-clear turquoise waters, hidden coves, and small bays that are perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkelling.
Unlike the busier towns such as Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Praiano, and Ravello, this stretch of coast is home to charming, lesser-known villages with a more traditional and relaxed atmosphere, allowing guests to experience the Amalfi Coast at a slower pace while still enjoying its breathtaking scenery.
