Accessible exclusively by sea or air, the property functions as a self-contained retreat supported by a dedicated professional staff including a chef, waiter, and housekeeper.
The grounds are defined by a 46-square-meter infinity pool elevated to meet the horizon, complemented by two private docks and a helipad. Terraced Mediterranean gardens include olive groves, a vegetable garden, and a nature trail, while a traditional pergola and shaded lounges provide spaces for outdoor dining. A dedicated pizza oven and barbecue area facilitate al fresco culinary experiences using produce from the island's own gardens.
The interiors utilize a neutral palette and white-painted wooden beams to create a luminous, contemporary atmosphere. The open-plan ground floor integrates the lounge, dining area, and a commercial-grade kitchen, with architectural framing that captures perspectives of the surrounding sea. Accommodation is distributed across the main villa and an independent annex, totaling six en-suite bedrooms.
