Located in Pointe Milou, Summertime is a spacious four-bedroom villa offering panoramic ocean views stretching 180 degrees from Saint-Jean to Toc-Vers. Set across several levels, the property enjoys spectacular sunsets from September to March and provides a private setting for up to eight guests.

The main living area features high vaulted ceilings, neutral tones and natural wood finishes. A comfortable lounge with a large sofa and HD television opens directly onto the pool terrace, while the indoor dining area sits alongside a well-equipped kitchen. Large openings allow the Caribbean trade winds to flow through the living spaces.

Outside, a swimming pool is surrounded by light wooden decking and tropical palm trees, with uninterrupted views across the ocean. A covered outdoor dining area seats up to ten guests, while a separate lounge provides a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the sea views and evening sunsets.

The villa's four air-conditioned bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, an office area, an HD television and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are positioned on the main level on either side of the swimming pool, both enjoying ocean views. The third bedroom is accessed via an external staircase and benefits from a private terrace overlooking the sea. A few steps further down, the fourth and largest bedroom serves as the master suite.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
