Blending Balinese-inspired design with contemporary comfort, the villa offers a peaceful setting for an unforgettable stay in St. Barts.

The open-plan living area is designed to embrace the outdoors, with comfortable sofas, warm timber finishes, woven textures and soft lighting creating a welcoming atmosphere. The adjoining dining area seats up to eight guests, while the fully equipped kitchen sits just behind, featuring high-quality appliances and stylish wicker accents that complement the villa's Balinese aesthetic.

At the heart of the villa is its distinctive heated semi-indoor swimming pool, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor living spaces. Surrounded by benches, lounge seating and tropical palms, it provides a tranquil place to unwind while taking in the panoramic ocean views and cooling trade winds.

Set across two levels, the villa accommodates up to eight guests in four spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king-size four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. One bathroom also includes an outdoor shower. Minimum Stay in our St Barts Villas

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

In most of our St Barts villas, the housekeeper can assist with personal laundry for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance, as this is not a professional service and our agency accepts no liability for damages.

Additional Information

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
