The villa’s terraces are designed for relaxed summer living, with a private pool, shaded pergola, and multiple lounging areas. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining at the large table or retreat to quiet sea-facing corners for private moments. The setting combines natural materials and island vegetation with uninterrupted views across the water.

Interior Features

Minimalist interiors feature natural colors, clean lines, and materials such as wood and stone, creating a calm atmosphere. The main house includes four bedrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas, a playroom, and gym equipment. A separate guest house with its own en-suite bedroom, kitchen, and living room provides additional privacy and flexibility.

Designed by its architect-owners, Sugar Cube blends modern design with traditional Cycladic spirit. The port of Pounta is a 10-minute drive, providing easy access to Antiparos, while Parikia is 15 minutes away with shops, restaurants, and cafés.
