Located in the prestigious Movie Colony neighborhood, Sand Acre is a stunning 1933 Spanish estate set on a rare one-acre in-town lot. Steeped in Hollywood history, the property is rumored to have been a retreat for Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio during their visits to Palm Springs.

This elegant estate features five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The primary suite includes a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. A pair of interconnected bedrooms offer a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other, both with TVs and private baths. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, while the fifth bedroom, located upstairs, also features a queen bed and en-suite bath.

The recently updated chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Viking professional gas range.

Outside, the manicured grounds provide a private oasis with a tennis court, an in-ground pool, a spa, and an expansive patio with a poolside cabana.
