Odion
A sea-view retreat above the coast of Keri, where a private pool, outdoor jacuzzi and pool bar sit just 200 metres from a scattering of small coves.
Unique Features
- · Elevator connecting both floors of the villa
- · Playroom with table tennis, darts and exercise machines
- · Kiosk lounge area alongside a gazebo dining spot by the pool
- · Small coves just 200m from the villa
Set on the southern reaches of Zakynthos in the Keri area, this villa sleeps up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and six bathrooms, with sea views running through almost every room. Keri village lies 1.5 km away, while small coves can be reached within 200 metres of the house.
The wider island is easily within reach. Laganas is 11 km away, Zakynthos Airport is 17 km, the New Port 18 km, and the island's capital, Zakynthos town, 19 km.
Outdoors, life centres on the private swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi, both of which can be heated on request at an extra charge. A pool bar keeps drinks close at hand, sunbeds, umbrellas and shaded day beds line the water, and a pool shower and changing room complete the arrangement. A gazebo with a dining table sets the scene for long meals in the open air, a kiosk offers a further lounge area, and there is a BBQ area and a garden to enjoy.
On the ground level, the entrance opens into a living room with a fireplace, sea views and direct access to the terrace. An office space, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC complete the shared rooms. This level also holds a double room with two single beds, air conditioning, sea views and an en suite shower room.
An elevator links the two floors. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, air conditioning, a balcony with sea views and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Two further double bedrooms share the same pattern, each with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, a sea-view balcony and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Two more double bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV, air conditioning and a sea-view balcony, are served by a separate bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. This floor also hosts a playroom fitted with table tennis, a darts board, a multi exercise machine and a cycling machine.
Comforts include air conditioning in all bedrooms, WiFi, satellite and cable TV, a DVD player and a sound system with iPod and USB connection in the living room, along with hairdryers, a safe box and parking. Laundry is available on request at an extra charge, and baby cots and a highchair can be provided on request. Children are welcome, pets are allowed only on request, events are permitted only on request, and smoking is not allowed indoors. A minimum stay of five nights applies.
