Cuca
Enjoy breathtaking bay views from this contemporary three-bedroom villa, complete with a saltwater infinity pool, professional gym, landscaped gardens and an impressive outdoor BBQ and bar area.
Set on a hillside with panoramic views across the bays of Alcudia and Pollença, this contemporary three-bedroom villa offers privacy, spacious interiors and an impressive range of outdoor facilities. The villa is just a two-minute drive from the 7km sandy beach of Port Alcudia and Alcudia’s historic old town, with its restaurants and shops. Alcanada Golf Club and its seafront restaurant are also just five minutes away.
The villa is set within gated grounds surrounded by landscaped gardens featuring olive trees, a water feature, a fire pit and a newly planted eco-orchard designed to encourage sustainability and biodiversity.
Arranged entirely on one level, the villa is beautifully furnished and offers three ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, private bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace, with views across the bay. The second bedroom has twin beds and overlooks a fountain framed by bougainvillea, while the third bedroom is accessed independently from the garden and enjoys views of a thousand-year-old olive tree, along with its own ensuite bathroom.
The spacious open-plan living area features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that frame the sea views and allow natural light to fill the room. There is a comfortable lounge, dining area and a wine cellar stocked with a selection of Mallorcan and international wines, champagnes and cavas. A fully equipped modern kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.
Outside, the expansive paved terrace offers several areas for relaxing and dining, with comfortable outdoor furniture, sun loungers and two Vondom igloos. The saltwater infinity pool features a swim stream and an optional heating system, while a sunken fire pit provides an additional seating area. The surrounding lawn offers plenty of activities, including mini golf, pétanque, table tennis, volleyball and badminton.
The dedicated outdoor BBQ and bar area is particularly well equipped, featuring a Teppanyaki grill, Kamado BBQ, ice maker and draft beer tap with 25 litres of beer included. A circular Italian marble dining table provides an impressive setting for outdoor meals, while a 92-inch screen with surround sound is ideal for watching films or sporting events outside.
For those wishing to stay active, the villa also features a professional gym equipped with Technogym equipment and six bicycles for exploring the surrounding area. A complimentary private yoga session is included during the stay.
Thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor lighting enhances the villa and its landscaped grounds after dark, creating an inviting setting for evenings spent enjoying the views, dining outdoors or relaxing beside the pool.
