This modern five-bedroom holiday villa is arranged over two storeys overlooking the bay of Sa Font de Sa Cala and Provencals. The property focuses on space and relaxation, with wide sea views visible from most areas of the home. The beach and coastline are approximately two minutes away. The villa is available for two-week rentals only.
Parking is available in the driveway on arrival, with the main entrance reached one level down via a staircase. The principal living level includes an open-plan living and dining area that connects directly to the kitchen and outdoor dining terrace. The layout is contemporary and practical, with panoramic views of the sea and coastline. A separate sitting corner with cushioned seating and lounge chairs faces the pool and the sea. One suite is also located on this level with access to the outdoor spaces.
A lower level, accessed by steps, contains a private bedroom area with its own large living room, terrace seating, bedroom and bathroom. This space can accommodate up to three guests, as it includes a sofa bed.
The upper level comprises three bedrooms. The master suite includes walk-in closets, a private living area and a spacious bathroom, with direct access to a balcony and terrace. The remaining bedrooms consist of one twin room and another suite with a large terrace furnished with two sun beds and an umbrella.
An additional terrace offers space to enjoy both sunrise and sunset views. The garden is landscaped with Mediterranean plants and enclosed by a high hedge for privacy, providing ample outdoor space. The property is open at the front and along one side, where a second parking space is available if required.
A stone path directly in front of the villa leads towards the beach, which is a short walk away.
