Can Estera is a newly built villa located on the east side of Mallorca near the village of Porto Colom, approximately 3 km away. Set within 1.6 hectares of private land, the property offers distant sea views and a peaceful setting surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with lavender and citrus trees.

The villa accommodates up to twelve guests across six double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Interiors are furnished with designer pieces and feature a spacious living room with upholstered sofas, armchairs, a large television, and a sound system for indoor and outdoor use.

A fully equipped modern kitchen with white gloss finishes connects directly to the living area and opens onto the terrace, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The terraces overlook the landscaped garden, which is illuminated in the evenings.

Outdoor areas include a 15m x 4m swimming pool, which can be heated on request, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. A yoga area and covered barbecue space with a professional grill provide additional areas for relaxing and dining outdoors.

The villa is fully air conditioned and heated throughout the living areas and bedrooms. Additional facilities include a laundry room with a washer and tumble dryer, making the property suitable for longer stays while exploring the island from its peaceful location near Porto Colom.

Large, organised events are possible in both fincas. However, events must be discussed beforehand on a individually. Depending on the number of guests and duration of the event, additional costs of between €2.000,00-€5.000,00 will apply per week.

Pool Heating

€60 per day. This flat rate also applies during the pre-heating period, which may take approximately 3–7 days depending on the outside temperature and the desired pool temperature.
