Almond Blossom is a restored Ibicencan finca located in the Benimussa Valley, set within approximately 30,000m² of private countryside. The estate combines traditional island architecture with modern comforts while remaining within a short drive of the village of San José and several well-known beaches including Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida, and Cala Conta.
The 300m² residence is arranged across a single level and retains many traditional features, including thick stone walls and fireplaces. The main entrance opens into a hallway that leads to a spacious living and dining room with distant sea views. Adjacent to this space is a separate lounge and a large farmhouse-style kitchen with a breakfast table, pantry, and fireplace.
The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five air-conditioned double bedrooms. One wing of the house includes three bedrooms accessed through a traditional distribution lounge and shares a large bathroom with a bathtub. The second wing contains two larger bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, along with an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private lounge area.
Outdoor areas are arranged across several levels. A large interior patio connects directly to the main living spaces and provides a shaded setting for outdoor dining. Below, a landscaped garden with natural grass and fruit trees offers views across the valley and surrounding almond groves. This level also includes a private gym and an outdoor bathroom with a shower.
The swimming pool sits on a higher terrace surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Overlooking the pool is a fully equipped outdoor barbecue area and summer kitchen with a gas grill, fridge, dishwasher, and oven, designed for relaxed outdoor dining.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a stereo system, safe, and alarm system. The property also offers parking for multiple vehicles, with fully asphalted access roads leading to the villa and nearby San José.
