Perched atop a hill and surrounded on three sides by a serene pine forest, the property boasts 120,000 m² of private farmland. It provides stunning views of the Bay of San Antonio, the hills of San Jose, and the town below. Situated on the island’s West Coast, it also offers a plethora of spots from which to witness the famous Ibiza sunsets.
The finca’s location is ideal for beach lovers, with Cala Gracio and Gracionetta just 5 minutes away, Punta Galera and Cala Salada 10 minutes, and Platges de Conte, Cala Tarida, and Cala Carbo 15 minutes away. Salinas beach is a 20-minute drive. The gated property features a robust security system.
Outdoor living is a highlight, with two large entertaining areas accommodating 15-20 guests each, luxurious sun loungers around the 14m x 6m gated pool, and an outdoor cinema. There’s ample parking for up to 15 cars, ensuring convenience for large gatherings.
Inside, the 500 m² U-shaped villa provides a sense of privacy and space, comfortably hosting 12 guests. It features two indoor living rooms with international satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a Sonos sound system with Bose speakers. The fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens are fitted with safety equipment, and the property includes cots and high chairs for children.
