Can Felipe is located on Ibiza’s south coast between Porroig and Es Cubells, an area known for its coastline and private estates. Set within approximately 10,000m² of landscaped gardens, the villa enjoys views across the countryside towards pine-covered hills as well as distant sea views.

The gardens include a variety of fruit trees such as apricots, peaches, figs, and almonds, along with several outdoor leisure areas. Guests will find an oversized checkers set, table tennis table, and a petanque court. A children’s play area includes a climbing frame, swings, and two wooden playhouses.

The outdoor areas centre around a swimming pool terrace featuring a 10m x 6m main pool, a separate jacuzzi, and a solar-heated children’s pool. Nearby, a shaded terrace provides an alfresco dining space for up to twelve guests, with additional seating areas available for larger gatherings. The terrace continues around the villa to a grill and plancha area with a summer kitchen overlooking the gardens.

A roof terrace offers elevated views and a spot to watch the sunset. The surrounding lawn areas include pine trees and daybeds for relaxing outdoors.

Inside, the villa features bright living spaces with light interiors, tiled floors, and white walls. The living areas and bedrooms are designed with a simple, airy style and include comfortable seating and modern bathrooms.
