A 25-meter infinity pool, fed by the villa's own well and heatable during cooler months, serves as a focal point, with every room offering views of its sparkling waters.

The extensive manicured grounds extend beyond the main pool area, revealing a collection of contemporary artworks. Guests can enjoy a large jacuzzi, accommodating up to ten people, shaded by palms, alongside a pétanque pitch and a distinctive outdoor cinema. The main exterior terrace provides ample corner seating and an extended dining table, overlooking the pool. Adjacent to this, a unique al-fresco lounge area features silvery sands beneath tall pines, complete with a professional bar and seating for up to 30 guests.

The interior spaces blend contemporary styling with polished natural wood floors, creating a bright yet inviting atmosphere. Each of the five bright, airy bedrooms is designed for privacy and features a modern ensuite bathroom, showcasing a thoughtful combination of natural materials and high-end design.

The Master Suite offers a Hastens king-size bed, fireplace, TV, Sonos music, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, and Hammam. It also includes a private outdoor shower and direct access to the jacuzzi and a private chill-out area. The remaining four bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, TV, Sonos music, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 5 also include private outdoor showers, and all four secondary bedrooms offer private terraces.

The villa is equipped with both an indoor and an outdoor kitchen. Daily housekeeping is provided for six hours, six days per week, with linen and towel changes once weekly. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €300 per day.
