The architecture blends traditional 200-year-old Payesa elements with modern design, featuring distinctive Gaudi-esque curves on its whitewashed walls and sleek wooden decking terraces.

The outdoor spaces are designed for leisure and enjoyment. A magnificent infinity pool appears to extend into the Mediterranean Sea, offering views of Las Salinas and Formentera. The pool features a shallow entry suitable for relaxation or younger guests, alongside a deeper section for swimming. Throughout the extensive gardens, various areas invite repose, from shaded terraces adorned with bougainvillea to sun-drenched poolside daybeds. Two distinct al-fresco dining areas are situated on a terrace overlooking the pool, directly accessible from the main interior living spaces.

Inside, the residence harmoniously combines 200-year-old Payesa architecture with contemporary refinements. The main interior features a comfortable lounge with a fireplace and a well-appointed kitchen, both reflecting a tasteful fusion of traditional Ibizan farmhouse aesthetics and modern chic. An additional interior space is dedicated to entertainment, offering ample sofa seating, a pool table, a football table, and a bar. For events, a private club with a music system, specialized lighting, and a DJ cabin can be arranged.

The six bedrooms are distributed between the main house and a separate casita, providing privacy and distinct spaces. The casita hosts the master suite, a spacious retreat in serene white. This suite includes a curved sofa area opening to a private terrace, a mezzanine level with a distinctive oval king-size bed, a suspended fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a large oval bathtub with tropical garden views and a separate shower. The main house contains five additional guest bedrooms. Three are large double suites, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bath and shower. The remaining two guest rooms are doubles, one of which can be configured as twin beds, and these two share a well-appointed bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

This property maintains a peaceful and secluded atmosphere while remaining conveniently close to Ibiza’s notable beaches and entertainment venues. Daily housekeeping is provided for four hours, Monday through Saturday. Given the location, a car rental is recommended for ease of access to the surrounding area.
