The property is positioned for privacy, surrounded by gardens, and features an infinity pool. Just a short drive from Cala Salada beach and within walking distance to a local restaurant, it provides both seclusion and convenient access to the island's amenities.

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring an infinity pool that captures the stunning sea vistas. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining at the wooden table or unwind on comfortable sofas under a shaded awning. The extensive gardens include lawns, a barbecue area, and an outdoor sound system, creating an ideal setting for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Multiple terraces and an outdoor chill-out area provide various spots for leisure, complemented by parasols for sun protection.

Spanning three floors, the villa's interior offers 300 square meters of spacious, air-conditioned living. Large glass doors connect the indoor and outdoor environments, leading into open-plan living areas with polished tile floors. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, freezer, and coffee machine, catering to all culinary needs. The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five luxurious bedrooms, each featuring a brand new en-suite bathroom with tasteful, muted decor and wood accents. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a television. The Master Suite on the entrance level offers a super king-size bed, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The upper level houses two additional bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower, and another with twin beds and an en-suite shower. On the lower level, a fourth bedroom provides two double beds, an en-suite shower, and direct access to a terrace. A separate pool annex contains the fifth bedroom, featuring twin beds, an en-suite shower, and terrace access, offering additional privacy.

The property ensures privacy with private gates and is fully fenced, offering ample parking and a garage. Daily housekeeping is provided for four hours, Monday through Friday. While a car is recommended for exploring the island, a restaurant is within a minute's walk (600m). Cala Salada beach is a four-minute drive (1.3km), with Cala Gracio and Cala Gracioneta also nearby. San Antonio town is an eight-minute drive (3.3km), and the airport is approximately 27 minutes away (23.6km).
