Le Mas des Mésanges is a carefully restored Provençal farmhouse about ten minutes' walk from the centre of Cabrières-d'Avignon, in the heart of the Luberon. Traditional character meets refined contemporary interiors, creating a relaxed base for families and friends who want to explore the region's hilltop villages, markets and countryside.

The house offers approximately 200 m² of living space, with bright, comfortable rooms, elegant furnishings and air conditioning throughout. A welcoming lounge flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining areas, with indoor dining for six and further kitchen seating for four. Wide openings lead out to the terraces and gardens. High-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, a smart television and Bluetooth speakers add everyday comfort.

Three en-suite bedrooms sleep up to six guests, and each has a king-size bed and air conditioning. On the ground floor, the master bedroom opens onto a large terrace and has a bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Upstairs, the two further bedrooms each have a private open-air terrace, and one also has a sofa bed. A separate shower with three washbasins adjoins the living room, and there is a guest toilet on the intermediate floor.

Outside, landscaped gardens of mature trees, lawns and shaded terraces invite slow days in the Provençal sun. The private 10 × 5 metre swimming pool is protected by a pool alarm and surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, with an outdoor shower and WC close by. Pool heating can be requested in advance at €200 per week, depending on weather conditions. A covered terrace provides alfresco dining for six beside a gas barbecue. A pétanque court, an outdoor games room with table tennis and a children's play area with slide and swing keep all ages entertained, and a private gated entrance completes the setting.

On foot, Cabrières-d'Avignon offers a bakery, butcher, grocery shop and restaurant. Coustellet is less than two minutes by car. Gordes lies 8 km away, Ménerbes 10 km and Goult 11 km. L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, known for its antique shops and open-air markets, is less than 20 minutes' drive, which makes the house a well-placed base for discovering the wider Luberon.
