Minimum Stay

4-7 nights minimum booking required. Stays overlapping Christmas and/or New Years dates are required to be booked for 7 nights minimum with only Saturday to Saturday arrivals/departures accepted.

Tranquillity

Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected nature reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed. Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10:00 pm with no loud music allowed. Penalties for non-compliance may apply.
