Set along the marina in the tranquil coastal community of Puerto Aventuras, Casa Del Viento offers a modern yet inviting retreat for up to 12 guests. With clean architectural lines, tropical wood accents, and a relaxed open layout, the villa delivers a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience with views that stretch from sunrise to sunset.
The villa features five bedrooms across two levels. Three are located on the upper floor, including a spacious master suite with private balcony, panoramic views, and an outdoor shower. Two additional bedrooms are located on the ground level, one of which is a tented living area by the pool that includes a sofa bed, ideal for flexible guest arrangements.
The open-plan living and dining areas connect directly to the garden and infinity pool, with the marina just beyond. Meals can be enjoyed al fresco, prepared by a private chef on request. The villa’s use of local chukum finishes and warm natural materials creates a contemporary yet grounded atmosphere throughout.
Guests can explore the marina by paddleboard directly from the villa or walk across the road through a jungle path to reach La Caleta, a secluded cove ideal for swimming or watching boats drift by. Puerto Aventuras offers a laid-back mix of nature, calm beaches, water sports, and quality dining, perfect for a relaxed coastal getaway.
