KiToCay is a 3,000-square-foot oceanfront villa set in the peaceful village of Old Man Bay on Grand Cayman’s North Side. Designed to maximize its spectacular setting, the villa offers panoramic sea views from nearly every room and a unique over-the-water deck with a tiled cabana.
The villa's open-concept living area features modern furnishings, a plush sectional, HD television, and floor-to-ceiling views that create the feeling of being surrounded by the sea. Many guests have described it as the sensation of being on the bow of a ship, with water enveloping you from all sides.
A spiral staircase from the over-the-water deck leads down to the sea, though beach access is best via one of the adjacent sandy beach lots. The east-side lot, known as Toki Beach, features a palm-shaded hammock area and has been used for small weddings and private events. The west-side lot offers additional sandy access to the shoreline.
Snorkeling off the beach is excellent, with the reef located about 100 yards offshore. Guests are encouraged to snorkel east of the boat channel, marked by two navigation poles. Swimming beyond the poles near the reef cut is not advised due to strong undercurrents.
The villa’s three bedrooms are spread over two levels. The primary suite is located upstairs, while two guest bedrooms are situated on the lower floor. A bonus den provides additional lounging space.
Located within walking distance to the popular Over The Edge restaurant, public dock, and fresh fish vendors, KiToCay offers both seclusion and convenience. The North Side location places guests just 30–35 minutes from the airport and George Town, with nearby restaurants, a package store, and a small grocery all within a short drive.
