Completed in 2025, this villa sits on the Aegean coastline near Agia Irini on Paros, one of two villas sharing a small complex. Its setting is built around the rhythm of the island day, with long hours of sunshine giving way to warm sunsets over the sea. Getting around is easy from here, with good access to the centre of the island.
The port town of Parikia, the nearest town and the island's main harbour, is 5 km away, and Paros Airport lies 13 km from the villa. For swimming, the beach at Parasporos is 1.5 km away and Agia Irini beach is 3 km away.
Life here moves easily between inside and out. The interiors open straight onto generous terraces, a private infinity pool and lush gardens, while panoramic sea views draw the eye to the horizon. Around the pool are sunbeds, seating and lounge areas, and an open-air shower, and a shaded dining area with a barbecue is set up for long meals outdoors.
Everything is arranged on a single, step-free level, giving unobstructed access throughout. Interiors pair elegant minimalism with Cycladic character. From the entrance, the living room opens onto the terrace and pool, with views over both the water and the sea, and flows into a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. A guest WC completes the shared space.
Three double bedrooms sit on the same level, each with a double bed, an en suite shower room, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. One has a working desk, terrace access and sea views. Another opens onto a side terrace, and the third leads out to a patio.
The kitchen has modern appliances and a wine cooler, and there is a washing machine. Air conditioning and ceiling fans cool the bedrooms and living room. Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite channels and a speaker are provided, along with a safe, hairdryers and parking. Baby cots and a highchair are available on request. Children are welcome, pets are allowed on request, events are permitted only on request, and smoking is not allowed indoors. Registration number (AMA): 3630178.
