Miscellaneous
The property will be treated with great respect and all furniture and furnishings will remain in the current state and condition they are in today. No furniture or furnishings to be removed from the property without written permission of owner or property manager.
Occupancy
Tenant understands there will be NO gatherings over 10/12 people without written permission of owner or property manager.
Noise
The noise level should be at a reasonable level at all times, as to not disturb the neighbors. All noise needs to be turned down after 10 PM (quiet hours start at 9 PM enforced by the City of LA).

Not Included

Utilities
For monthly reservations lasting 28-31+ days, the client will be responsible for covering the costs of monthly utilities, such as gas, water, power, and others. Additionally, a separate utility deposit will be required.
