The Branson Estate at Moskito Island is perched on a dramatic outcrop located in the North Sound of the British Virgin Islands, in the eastern Caribbean Sea and offers the ultimate getaway featuring 3 exquisite luxury villas: Beach Villa, Headland House and Mangrove Villa.
Beach Villa is a 4-bedroom home which includes one Master Suite. Above the living space is the Flamingo Nest Master Suite. Fronted by a large deck with a day bed overlooking the pool, the king-size bed in this room is only steps away from a large bathtub – perfect for some relaxing time out. At the foot of the bed is a large screen TV concealed in a wooden chest and behind the bed is the vanity area with dual sinks and a separate shower. There is also a nursery behind the bathroom area that can sleep up to two infants. The villa is connected to the neighbouring Mangrove Villa and Headland House by wooden walkways.
Guests of The Branson Estate also have access to two tennis courts and a gym. The Tennis Pavilion has a wonderfully relaxing observation area overlooking the two tennis courts on the island. The grandstand steps work well as a seating area for spectators and also for movie nights. Downstairs is a gym and wellness facility. Upstairs are loungers and chairs overlooking both the courts and the seafront, along with coffee-making facilities.
Next to the tennis courts on the beach is a water sports centre. Activities include stand-up paddle boarding, kiting, wakeboarding, Hobie cat sailing and snorkelling. Most activities are included in the rates however if the activity involves leaving the island or if a boat with a motor is required then a charge will apply. Motorised water sports are at an additional charge.
