Discover Villa Terre Azure, a stunning residence offering over 5,000 square feet of opulent interiors and four spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The spacious and elgant living areas includes a media room, office, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Surrounding the large 50ft x 30ft (15m x 10m) infinity pool and Jacuzzi are extensive terraces, along with a poolside gazebo perfect for shaded outdoor dining and lounging.

The two Master Suites boast outdoor terraces with an oversized Jacuzzi tub with panoramic lagoon views. The other two bedrooms, facing the infinity pool, also offer picturesque views of the lagoon and Saba island. Each has a private entrance from the poolside or carport. An additional one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is located on the lower level beneath the pool.

This elegant property also includes a boat dock providing direct access to Simpson Bay lagoon, perfect for fishing trips or martime excusions.
