Infinity Blue
Outstanding tropical estate offering picture-perfect 180° island and ocean views from every angle.
Unique Features
- · 2 Swimming Pools
Perched on the cliffs of Falaise des Oiseaux on St. Martin’s western coast, Infinity Blue is an eight-bedroom property offering sweeping 180-degree views across the Caribbean Sea towards Anguilla and Marigot. Located in Terres Basses, the villa enjoys a coastal setting with direct private access to Baie Rouge Beach.
The villa features two newly added glass pods, offering a unique opportunity to sleep beneath the stars. Guests can also enjoy two swimming pools, a beach volleyball court and a pool table, with panoramic ocean views providing a backdrop throughout the property.
Terres Basses, also known as the Lowlands, is home to some of St. Martin’s most beautiful beaches. Nearby Baie Longue and Baie aux Prunes are secluded stretches of coastline with public parking but no beach services, while Baie Rouge is known for its distinctive red cliffs. The area is characterised by spacious properties, many overlooking the lagoon, the Caribbean Sea or both.
Despite its peaceful setting, Villa Infinity Blue is conveniently located approximately 10 minutes by car from Marigot and 15 minutes from the airport, with the island’s nightlife and local amenities within easy reach.
