The entrance is framed by palms and tropical foliage, leading through a columned portico into a landscaped courtyard with covered cloister walkways. Reflecting pools line the approach, opening to views of the Caribbean Sea, surrounding palms, and Anguilla in the distance.

The main terrace overlooks Petite Plage beach, which is accessed via a short staircase. Interiors are spacious and fully air-conditioned, with the option to open to the sea breeze. Travertine flooring runs throughout, connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. The living and dining areas are styled with sleek furnishings in black, white, red, and light teak, complemented by contemporary artwork. The villa includes two AV/media systems, one in the main living area and another in a separate media room with an adjoining office. The kitchen features blond wood, steel, and black finishes and opens to both indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Outdoor living spans covered and open terraces along the length of the villa. A large horseshoe-shaped heated pool sits at the edge of the sea, with a covered loggia at its centre and a nearby hot tub.
