Set in the Tourlos area of Mykonos, this villa pairs an easy island mood with quick access to the lively heart of the island. Mykonos town centre lies 2.8 km away, the New Port is 1.5 km off, and Mykonos International Airport is 6 km from the door, so arrivals and evenings out are equally simple. The sea and sunset views capture the clear Cycladic light the island is known for.
For days by the water, the nearest beach is Agios Stefanos, 2.3 km from the villa. It makes a natural counterpoint to the energy of town, whose centre is close enough to dip into for dinner and return to the calm of the house afterwards.
Outdoor life revolves around the private swimming pool, edged with sunbeds, seating and lounge areas and a hammock. A pool bar anchors the scene, backed by an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge, stove and oven, alongside a wood-fired oven and a built-in charcoal barbecue. Meals can be taken at the shaded dining area, and practical touches include a pool W.C. and an open-air shower. A terrace adds further room to sit and take in the view.
Accommodation is spread across four guest houses for up to 12 guests, with four bathrooms in total. The main unit, Guest House 1, opens into an open-plan space with a seating area that enjoys sea and town views and leads directly onto the terrace and pool. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, a TV and a built-in double bed set behind a partition, while the built-in sofa can sleep one more person.
Guest House 2 is a double room with an en suite shower bathroom, a built-in double bed, a kitchenette, a TV and a built-in sofa that can take an additional guest, plus terrace access and a sea view. Guest House 3 is a triple room with an en suite shower bathroom, a built-in double bed and a mezzanine attic with a built-in single bed, along with a TV, terrace access and a sea view. On the lower ground level, Guest House 4 is a double room with an en suite shower bathroom, a built-in double bed, a kitchenette, a TV and a built-in sofa for an extra guest, again with terrace access and a sea view. Every guest house is air-conditioned.
Comforts include WiFi, satellite and cable television, a Bluetooth speaker, hairdryers, a safe box and parking. Baby cots and a highchair are available on request, and laundry service can be arranged on request at an extra charge. Children are welcome, while pets and events are allowed only on request, and smoking is not permitted indoors. A minimum stay of three nights applies from 1 September to 1 November 2026.
