Completed in October 2025, this newly built 140m² duplex penthouse is located in the exclusive Alpine village of Zermatt, just 100 metres from the Klein Matterhorn Express and an eight-minute walk from the village centre. The property enjoys uninterrupted views of the Matterhorn and Höhbalmen.

The lower floor comprises two king bedrooms, each with Vi-Spring beds that can be configured as doubles or twins. Both bedrooms feature handmade built-in wardrobes and natural wool carpets with underfloor heating. The master bathroom includes a bath and separate shower, while the second bedroom has a shower room. All bathrooms are finished with stone floors.

The upper floor is dedicated to the main living area, with an open fire, south-facing balcony, and direct Matterhorn views. The lounge includes an OLED TV with sound bar, smoked oak herringbone flooring from Trunk, Love Your Home sofas, Tom Faulkner consoles, and designer furnishings throughout. The dining area features a walnut Carl Hansen table with seating for up to ten guests.

The handmade birch-wood kitchen is fully fitted with V-Zug appliances including an oven, combi-oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, and wine fridge. Above the kitchen, a mezzanine level with TV and sofa bed provides additional sleeping space.

Both floors are accessed via an oak spiral staircase or lift.

Guests have use of a communal wellness area with swimming pool and swim jet, sauna, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi, and small fitness room. There is also a massage room offering Swedish massage, Indian head massage, foot or full-body massage, manicures, pedicures, and facials.

Below the property are the El Alamein and Gerwetsch suites, which can be booked individually or together for additional bedrooms, with access via lift or stairs. The adjacent Horu Lodge sleeps eight guests. In the neighbouring building, Dufourspitz Lodge sleeps ten guests and Lyskamm Lodge sleeps nine.
