Overlooking the picturesque coastline, Villa Zena was built by the architect Gabriel Bertossa and consists of three uniquely designed units that develop horizontally on the hillside blending with the local landscape without disturbing it.
Each unit has unique dimensions and characteristics, but what they all have in common are a sleek minimalist design and refined furnishings.
The units each have their own fully equipped kitchens, living-dining areas and terraces, but they all share a pool and garden. The two larger units have four double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The smaller unit has one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower.
The two largest units have a spacious, open-plan living and dining area, with direct access to the semi-covered veranda through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, creating an extension of the living area.
The small unit is located in between the other two units and consists of a spacious open living and dining room with a built-in kitchen, direct access to the terrace and garden and with sea view.
All ground-level bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens have floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, overlook the garden/pool and have a sea view.
