Set directly on the white sands of Reeds Bay, Reeds House 14 is a spacious penthouse apartment surrounded by tropical gardens and overlooking the Caribbean Sea. With the beach and clear waters just steps away, guests can easily enjoy swimming, snorkelling and other water sports.
The penthouse offers accommodation for up to six guests, with panoramic views from every room. A well-appointed kitchen opens onto the large, air-conditioned living room, which features satellite television, a DVD player and a music system. An adjoining covered dining terrace provides a lovely setting for meals overlooking the sea.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size four-poster bed and features an en-suite bathroom with marble fittings, a large corner bath and separate shower. It also opens onto a private sitting area with a wet bar. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans.
One of the property's standout features is its 55-foot private rooftop terrace. Here, a covered dining area for eight guests is complemented by a wet bar and ice maker, while the adjoining sun terrace offers comfortable loungers, several seating areas and a large spa pool. This level also includes a third air-conditioned bedroom/sitting room with an en-suite shower room.
For larger groups, Reeds House 14 can be rented together with neighbouring Reeds House 13, with interconnecting doors between the two penthouses.
Reeds House is a secluded boutique beachfront development situated between the Royal Pavilion and Cobblers Cove hotels. The golf courses at Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland are approximately a 5–10 minute drive away, along with several tennis clubs and health spas. Holetown and Speightstown are also nearby for shopping, while Barbados' Platinum Coast offers a wide selection of restaurants and bars.
