The unique fifth bedroom, known as the cottage, is detached for added privacy, allowing the property to be rented as a 4 or 5 bedroom option.

Guests can enjoy the serene blue waters of Paynes Bay right outside their door and excellent swimming at nearby beaches, all within a five-minute walk. Whether you prefer snorkeling or relaxing on the beach, The Villa at The St. James has it all.
