The villa is fully enclosed and gated, ensuring complete privacy. Guests enter through the main foyer, which showcases a beautiful double staircase with wrought iron railings. There is also a side entrance via the courtyard. Within the grounds, a separate building houses a fully equipped gym, garage, and storeroom.
The spacious Master Suite includes a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet with a dressing area, and traditional Barbados mahogany wood floors. French doors open onto a lovely patio with seating, perfect for enjoying the Caribbean breeze and garden views. Adjacent to the Master Suite is an air-conditioned study, which can be converted into a nursery if needed. The ensuite bathroom features a tub, a large rain shower, and a double vanity with marble finishes.
All bedroom suites at Windward are air-conditioned, equipped with ceiling fans, safes, and cable TV. The ensuite bathrooms include marble finishes, double vanities, and rain showers. There is also a powder room near the main foyer.
The main living area is open plan, with French doors that open to a spacious covered veranda, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining space. Windward has two dining areas, each seating ten comfortably. The outdoor dining gazebo, accessed via a short covered walkway, features a circular coral stone dining table and views of the landscaped gardens.
The large, fully equipped kitchen includes professional-grade appliances, marble finishes, and a breakfast bar, ideal for preparing delicious Bajan dishes. The pool area, surrounded by a coral stone deck, includes comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, and a table with chairs. The charming pool house features a covered bar area, BBQ, and bathroom facilities with a shower.
The air-conditioned gym offers professional standard equipment, including a treadmill, upright bike, elliptical machine, multifunction exercise machine, and free weights.
Windward rentals include a full staff consisting of a cook, housekeeper, laundress, nightly security guard, gardener, pool service, personal villa manager, and concierge service to organize and book activities or excursions. The cook prepares three meals daily. For a more refined and flexible dining experience, a private chef can be arranged for an extra fee. Additional staff such as a butler or babysitter can also be arranged for an additional charge.
Guests staying at Windward enjoy exclusive access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club, with private, secure parking. The Beach Club offers loungers, umbrellas, complimentary WiFi and a full bar providing drinks, lunch, and light snacks. Alternatively, the cook can prepare a picnic lunch for your day at the beach.
