Set directly on the beach in The Garden on Barbados’ Platinum West Coast, The Dream and Chattel House is a luxurious seven-bedroom retreat comprising a five-bedroom main house and a separate two-bedroom Chattel House. Positioned at the end of a private drive in a residential neighbourhood, the property offers privacy while remaining within easy reach of Holetown, Mullins Bay, restaurants, golf courses and shopping.
The five-bedroom main house has been designed around its beachfront setting, with large panoramic windows and doors opening the interiors to the terrace, swimming pool and Caribbean Sea beyond. Indoor and outdoor spaces flow naturally together, while the bright interiors provide comfortable areas for relaxing and entertaining.
All five bedrooms in the main house are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. The primary suite is located on the upper level and includes its own balcony with sea views. A media room and Wi-Fi throughout the property provide additional spaces and facilities for guests.
Outside, the expansive terrace features comfortable seating and areas for relaxing, along with a pizza oven, BBQ and bar. A 45-foot infinity-edge swimming pool overlooks the sea, while direct access to the white-sand beach makes it easy to swim, snorkel, enjoy a sunset walk or spend time beside the water.
The separate Chattel House provides two additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Its bright, modern interiors also include a fully fitted kitchen and a spacious garden, giving guests additional independence and privacy. When rented separately from the main house, the Chattel House does not have a swimming pool.
