Inside, the villa centres around a bright living room with sofas, a fireplace, and satellite television. This space connects to a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and ample preparation space. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large utility room with storage, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and direct access to the pool terrace.
The villa offers three bedrooms designed for flexible accommodation. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and can be separated from the dining area with a sliding door for additional privacy. A second bedroom includes a double bed and a shower room. The third bedroom features a tatami-style sleeping area with three futon beds, its own bathroom, and independent access to the garden.
