Can Mistica is a coastal villa located near Cala Codolar on Ibiza’s west coast, positioned to enjoy front-row views of the iconic rock island of Es Vedrà. The villa is within a five-minute walk of Cala Codolar and a short drive from the beaches and sunset views of Cala Conta.

Outdoor living is centred around the expansive terrace that surrounds the property. At the front of the house, the swimming pool terrace is positioned directly towards the sea, with outdoor seating areas designed to take advantage of the views. A dedicated barbecue area near the entrance includes a large outdoor dining table for up to ten guests.

One of the villa’s standout features is the rooftop terrace, offering 360-degree views across the coastline and surrounding landscape. This elevated space is often used for relaxing, yoga, or watching the sunset behind Es Vedrà. Access to the rooftop terrace is secured with a lockable door.

Inside, the villa has an open-plan layout with large sliding glass doors connecting the terrace to the main living area.
