Getting There
Gustaf III airport at St Jean takes small aircraft only, and Colombier is roughly a 15 minute drive from it. Most guests connect through Sint Maarten (SXM), which is well served from major European, North American and Caribbean hubs, then take a short flight or ferry across. Guadeloupe, San Juan and Antigua are other common connecting points, and some guests fly privately into St Jean.
Where to Eat
The island's French heritage shows in classic bistro menus, fresh seafood, creole-influenced dishes and serious wine lists at the better tables. Gustavia has the widest choice, with more restaurants around St Jean, Lorient and Flamands. Many guests eat at the villa as often as they go out.
