The Slow View is a private two-storey villa for up to six guests, set on the peaceful hillside of Santa Maria della Neve with sweeping views across the Gulf of Salerno, the Gallos islands, and the rugged coastline. Just 300 metres from the centre of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, it offers walking access to excellent restaurants, including the three-Michelin-starred Don Alfonso, as well as local shops and bars. A nearby bus stop provides regular service to Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi, while Marina del Cantone beach lies about 7 km away.
The villa features approximately 90 square metres of interior space and is accessed from the main road via an electric gate, with private parking for up to three cars and step-free access. Inside, the ground floor includes a bright living room with sea views, a double sofa bed, satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a dining table for six, opening directly onto the terrace. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, washing machine, and iron. Also on this level is a double bedroom with sea-view window, TV, air conditioning and heating, and a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, sink, and hairdryer.
An internal staircase of ten steps leads to the upper floor, where you'll find a second bedroom with two single beds (convertible to a double on request), a TV, air conditioning and heating; and a third single bedroom with heating. A second bathroom, shared between these rooms, includes a shower, bidet, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. This floor also provides access to a private 80-square-metre patio furnished with a table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrella, and a panoramic view of the sea and nearby islands.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden filled with olive and fig trees, tropical plants and colourful flowers, offering total privacy. The private pool (3.5 x 6.5 m, 1.5 m deep) is set in the lawn and enjoys unobstructed sea views. It's open from April to October and includes deck chairs, a sun umbrella, and an outdoor shower. The sea-facing terrace, partially covered by a wooden roof, is paved in Massa stone and furnished with a handcrafted dining table, sun loungers, and a stone barbecue, creating a serene setting for open-air meals.
