Perched above the coast in Rogdia, Suzette offers privacy, sea views, and direct access to the water, all less than 20 minutes from Heraklion. Designed across three levels, this six-bedroom villa combines traditional Cretan touches with contemporary style and can host up to 11 guests in comfort.

The outdoor spaces feature a seawater infinity pool (with heating available), terraces for sunbathing and dining, and a BBQ area for group meals. A gated path leads down to the sea, where a stone pier provides a swimming spot or mooring for jet skis.

Inside, the villa includes five double bedrooms and one single, ideal for a nanny or staff member. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, TV, safe, and its own outdoor seating terrace with sea views. Communal areas include a fully equipped kitchen, hammam, wine cellar, and open-plan living spaces.

Suzette belongs to a small estate of three villas, but its orientation ensures complete privacy, with unobstructed views over the Aegean.
