Positioned directly on the waterfront, this contemporary villa combines natural wood and stone interiors with uninterrupted sea views and spectacular sunsets. A private staircase leads directly from the grounds to the beach below, creating a seamless connection to the Mediterranean coastline.
Designed for relaxed outdoor living, the villa features a private swimming pool with a counter-current system, palm-shaded terraces, and multiple spaces for dining and entertaining. The expansive main terrace includes a fireplace, lounge seating, and panoramic sea views, while two fully equipped outdoor kitchens make alfresco dining effortless. One includes griddles, a deep fryer, and refrigeration, while the second waterfront kitchen features a traditional stone oven, barbecue, and outdoor dining area. Guests can also enjoy six sun loungers, a ping-pong table, hammock, two waterfront rowing machines, and three poolside washrooms.
Inside, the air-conditioned interiors are modern, minimalist, and finished with natural materials throughout. The main living area centres around an indoor fireplace and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, complemented by SONOS sound, high-speed WiFi, satellite TV, and wireless charging stations.
The villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.
The master suite features a king-size bed, private fireplace, 70-inch TV, terrace access, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, separate shower, and underfloor heating. Two additional queen-size bedrooms also enjoy direct access to the waterfront terrace, while two further bathrooms include showers and underfloor heating.
Additional features include a security system, in-room safe, and double garage parking for two vehicles. For stays longer than six nights, complimentary mid-stay bathroom cleaning and linen changes are included.
