On the upper floor, the main living space features comfortable lounge seating, a concealed TV, and vibrant local artwork. An open plan layout connects the indoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered terrace with an alfresco dining table and lounge, all overlooking rolling green hills and glimpses of the sea. A master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in closet also sits on this level with direct terrace access.

Downstairs, three further en suite bedrooms open onto the tropical garden and shaded terraces, with one room able to be set up as a twin. A serene second lounge sits beside the villa’s swimming pool, with sun loungers and quiet corners for relaxing. Soft wood tones and Caribbean textures bring warmth and comfort to every room.

Minimum Stay in our St Barts Villas

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.
