Perched on the hillside above Corossol, Villa June is a stunning contemporary six-bedroom residence offering sweeping views across Corossol Bay and the entrance to Gustavia Harbour. Just moments from Corossol Beach, this exceptional villa combines striking modern design, expansive living spaces, and an impressive collection of premium amenities, making it an outstanding choice for families and groups of up to twelve guests.

Arranged across three levels and connected by an elevator, the villa has been thoughtfully designed to maximise its spectacular setting. The spacious open-plan living area is bright and inviting, featuring comfortable sofas, high whitewashed timber ceilings, polished concrete floors, and floor-to-ceiling openings that showcase the panoramic ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large breakfast bar with seating for ten, creating a sociable space for casual dining, while a foosball table and backgammon set provide additional entertainment.

The expansive teak terrace is designed for effortless outdoor living. Beneath the covered terrace, a generous dining area seats up to twelve guests, while the comfortable outdoor lounge provides the perfect place to relax and admire the ever-changing views across the bay. Stretching 23 metres towards the horizon, the heated infinity swimming pool appears to blend seamlessly with the Caribbean Sea. Sun loungers and parasols surround the pool, offering plenty of space to unwind while watching yachts glide into Gustavia Harbour and enjoying the island's spectacular sunsets.

Villa June accommodates up to twelve guests across six beautifully appointed air-conditioned bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, ocean views, and an en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms are located on the main level with direct access to the terrace and pool, two of which can be connected if required. The remaining three bedrooms are positioned on the lower levels, providing privacy while remaining easily accessible via the villa's elevator.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
