Set gracefully on the elevated terrain of Merlette in Flamands, this newly built villa offers an idyllic escape with unparalleled views of the Caribbean Sea, distant islands, and the lush hillsides. Each evening, the sky transforms into a canvas of vivid hues, promising truly spectacular sunsets.

Reflecting the island's intrinsic beauty, the villa's design draws inspiration from the magnificent Cypraea shell, blending classic island architecture with natural stone and wooden shingles. This thoughtful approach creates an organic and inviting atmosphere across its three distinct structures and two levels, ensuring breathtaking vistas from nearly every vantage.

The main pavilion houses an expansive, air-conditioned great room, where a chic mid-century modern aesthetic harmonizes with high ceilings and a sophisticated neutral palette. The open-plan living and dining areas invite relaxation, with the dining space comfortably seating six guests, framed by the panoramic ocean backdrop. A modern, fully equipped kitchen stands ready for culinary endeavors, complemented by an outdoor barbecue for al fresco dining under the stars.

Outdoors, a beautifully appointed semi-covered terrace extends to a private swimming pool, offering a refreshing respite and ample space for sun lounging. Privacy and comfort define the two exquisite bedroom suites, each residing in its own independent bungalow with private exterior access. Minimum Stay in our St Barts Villas

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

How many people can stay in a villa booked?

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Can I wash my clothes at the villa?

To ensure a truly carefree escape, each of our St Barts villas is appointed with a washing machine, and most include a dryer. These amenities are attended to by your dedicated housekeeper, who is available to assist with your personal laundry for a modest fee, allowing you to travel light and embrace a seamless vacation experience. Kindly note that our villas in St. Barts are an exception to this offering. While direct guest use of these appliances is not customary due to insurance considerations, our concierge is at your service to explore any specific needs you may have.
