Offering 5 en-suite bedrooms, the villa can host up to 13 guests and is an ideal base for a large family or group of friends.

Au Fil De l'Eau is organised over three levels and is a one-of-a-kind villa with a simplistic and homely style. The modern well-appointed interiors of the open-plan living area are sophisticated and comfortable. Large sofas allow your group to relax and unwind, whether gazing out the terrace windows to the waterfront or enjoying the fire crackling away in front of you.

This villa has cleverly utilised its space, offering a chic open-plan kitchen with a raised seating area, acting as an informal indoor dining space. However, we can be sure the majority of meals will be enjoyed in the outside kitchen. Here, the covered terrace, BBQ and long dining table offer ample opportunities for your group to join together for alfresco meals. 

The rooftop terrace, with a spacious lounge and bar area, is the perfect spot for evening gatherings and there's also a pétanque court for guests to host a friendly game. Alternatively, take advantage of the property's garden, with ample seating areas and loungers. This villa is designed to be enjoyed in the utmost comfort throughout the day, whilst also making the most of its scenic setting.

A small private pool allows guests to relax and cool off on warm summer days and an impressive 40m private mooring offers the chance to explore the surrounding crystal clear waters of the French Riviera by boat.

Au Fil De l'Eau has five double bedrooms, all complete with en-suite shower rooms. The rooms are split between the three levels of the property and have each been decorated in soft tones with modern furniture. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with a private terrace. On the floor above, two further rooms with a terrace or balcony are found. On the top level, there is one double bedroom and then lastly a family suite. The family suite can be made up as a double or twin bedroom and has a ladder leading up to a secret mezzanine with a further three single beds. Due to the steep access, it isn't suitable for small children, but maybe any teens in your group will love it!

For added convenience, the villa proposes an internal lift to all floors, laundry facilities and air-conditioning throughout.
