Villa Makko is a newly renovated luxury bastide, located in the prestigious Domaine des Parcs, Saint Tropez’s most exclusive private domain. Set within a stunning 5,000m² Mediterranean garden filled with rare species and shaded by 25 majestic umbrella pines, the villa offers the perfect retreat for family or friends. The villa boasts six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobe, and smart TV. Five guest bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, all featuring king-size beds that can be converted into twins, with direct access to the serene garden. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, offering a luxurious emperor-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower enclosure and bathtub, a large closet, smart TV, and a private terrace overlooking the landscaped grounds and Hollywood-sized pool.

On the ground floor, the villa opens with a vestibule, cloakroom, and guest toilet. Two adjoining lounges, equipped with a Sonos sound system and large bay windows, lead out to the outdoor lounges and the expansive swimming pool on one side, and a spacious patio on the other. The dining room accommodates up to 12 guests, with a professional-grade kitchen and adjacent office for staff. The villa also includes staff accommodations with two bedrooms and two shower rooms for added convenience.

The outdoor spaces are exceptional, featuring two patios, large covered lounges by the pool and park, an outdoor shaded dining room, and a spacious pool house equipped with a Weber BBQ, shower, WC, and changing room. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a teak deck with sun loungers and umbrellas, providing a tranquil setting for relaxation. The entire outdoor area is enhanced by a full Sonos audio system.

The villa comes with four parking spaces, an automatic gate, and state-of-the-art security including video and remote monitoring, as well as regular rounds by security guards. Villa Makko is fully staffed to ensure a seamless stay. Services include a property manager, a private chef available to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, a villa assistant-housekeeper working six days a week, and a maid responsible for cleaning and laundry 30 hours a week.
