Nestled in the exclusive Mont Jean neighbourhood of St. Barths, Villa Amis du Vent is a luxurious three-bedroom retreat offering exceptional privacy, panoramic ocean views, and a heated swimming pool. Designed across several levels, this elegant villa combines Mediterranean-inspired architecture with refined Caribbean living, creating an idyllic setting for up to six guests.

The bright and airy living area features soft neutral furnishings, natural wood accents, and arched windows that frame breathtaking sea views while opening onto the tropical gardens behind the villa. Adjacent to the lounge, the fully equipped marble and stainless-steel kitchen includes a central island and flows seamlessly into the indoor dining area, creating an inviting space for shared meals. On the lower level, guests will also find a private TV room and a well-equipped gym.

Outside, the curved solar-heated swimming pool takes centre stage, overlooking the sparkling Caribbean Sea and neighbouring islands. Sun loungers shaded by large umbrellas provide the perfect place to relax, while the covered terrace features an alfresco dining area and a comfortable outdoor lounge for leisurely breakfasts or evening cocktails. Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

In most of our St Barts villas, the housekeeper can assist with personal laundry for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance, as this is not a professional service and our agency accepts no liability for damages.

Additional Information

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
