Inside, wide sliding glass doors seamlessly connect the terraces to bright, spacious living areas. The large open-plan layout includes a stylish dining space accommodating twelve guests and a comfortable lounge area with a television and fireplace, furnished with elegant seating in warm, neutral tones. The well-appointed kitchen features Gaggeneau appliances, including an induction hob, conventional oven, steam oven, a large fridge, freezer, two dishwashers, and a wine cellar.
The villa comprises five bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated in soft neutral tones with stylish furnishings and crisp white linens. All bedrooms feature air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a dressing area, and a private terrace with sea views. Three double rooms (180x200cm, 180x200cm, 160x200cm) are located on the first floor, while two additional double rooms (180x200cm each) are situated on the main living floor.
Further amenities include a new, fully air-conditioned gym and an infrared sauna. Daily cleaning is provided for eight hours, Monday through Saturday, with a linen change on Wednesdays. Garden and pool services are scheduled for four hours every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The property is conveniently located 800 meters from Cala Espart beach, approximately a 3-minute walk. Cala Llonga town is 6.5km away (12 minutes), with a restaurant 5.3km (15 minutes) and a shop 6.8km (12 minutes) distant. Ibiza Airport is 17.9km, approximately a 25-minute drive. A car rental is recommended for exploring the island.
