Children & Infants
Due to its unique architecture, the villa is not child-friendly. Children under 12 years of age can only be accommodated on request, and are subject to the owner’s approval at time of booking. If accepted, the party is required to come with their personal babysitter for the full stay. Children will be counted as fully paying guests. In case of the arrival of children of which the owner has not been informed about, there will be a charge of €500.00 per week per child, plus the charges associated with hiring a full time babysitter.

The menu must be ordered 24 hours in advance and dinner services end at 10:00 pm.
Breakfast
Breakfast preparation service between 8:00 am -10:00 am included 6 days per week. Please note the cost of groceries, food and beverages is subject to an additional charge.
Porter Service
Porter service: 1 piece of luggage per guest, included on arrival (Saturday, between 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm) and on departure (Saturday between 8:00 am – 10:00 am). To use this service please contact Key-holder at least 1 hour in advance. For extra luggage, or for arrivals outside of the above scheduled times, or on Sunday, the porter service is charged €15.00 per piece of luggage.

Private laundry and ironing services are available for €2.50 per item.
Food and Sundries
Food Allowance of €1,000 to be paid locally, on arrival, in Euros cash.
A stocked "honesty" pantry is provided on arrival: When items are consumed, the cost of these products will be added to the final grocery bill to be paid from the Food Allowance prior to departure.
