This six-bedroom residence within the Puntacana Resort & Club is defined by its linear Caribbean architecture and expansive views across the golf course and lake. The property is composed of a main house and a separate guest house, oriented to maximize natural light through high ceilings and fluid transitions between the interior and the tropical gardens.
The outdoor living space centers on a private swimming pool—with heating available for a nightly fee—and a terrace equipped with a summer kitchen and BBQ. Inside, the layout includes a formal dining room for twelve and a lounge area featuring a pool table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and professional-grade cooking utensils.
The main house contains four bedrooms: the master suite and two king rooms on the second floor, and a guest room with two double and two twin beds on the ground level. The detached guest house provides two additional queen bedrooms. Every suite includes an ensuite bathroom and Smart TV, with luxury Frederic Malle amenities provided for all guests.
A professional team comprising a chef, butler, and daily maid provides full-service hospitality, including the preparation of three meals daily. Located ten minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, the villa offers proximity to the La Cana Beach and Golf Club and the Ojos Indigenas Ecological Reserve. Resort access includes:

During Holiday Season periods (Christmas, New Year & Thanksgiving), all golf cart rentals must be fully prepaid in order to guarantee the reservation. Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to arrival. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.
