Casa Nova Estate is a luxurious 400 m² villa set within 600 acres of private land in the stunning Garraf Natural Park, Spain. This exclusive retreat offers breathtaking 360° views of the surrounding hills and features a 15m x 7m infinity pool, expansive sun terraces, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Accommodating up to 21 guests, the villa includes nine air-conditioned bedrooms and eight bathrooms, blending the charm of an ancient masia (Catalan country manor) with a fresh contemporary style. Inside, guests can enjoy spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings, corporate events, or weddings.
The estate is approximately 35 minutes from Barcelona Airport and just over 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches of Sitges, providing both seclusion and convenience. Located in the heart of Garraf Natural Park, the area is known for its unique karstic landscape, featuring limestone hills, caves, and Mediterranean vegetation.
